Looking Back at 2009

As we approach our 10th year anniversary, we are taking steps to update our brand and share how we have evolved over the last ten years. It’s been an honor to call you a client, friend, referral partner, or simply a follower of our blog. Thank you for your participation in our journey.

This year has been a tough one for just about everyone we know. The tenacity with which everyone has approached the ‘down time’ is admirable and inspiring. We took some of this time to work on ourselves. Along the way we created three things we have taken great pride in producing:

  1. A standard operating procedures manual complete with a process for how we work with clients to make sure your experience is perfect and remarkable each and every time;
  2. An updated Silver Square brand complete with new identity, new business cards and a new website, which is above and beyond anything our competitors are producing in terms of valuable content and feeding in new media avenues; and
  3. Adding more seminars and speaking engagements to help you and our community better understand the changing technology that comes with marketing your business.

Another key highlight to our business this year was the full time addition of Clay Mabbitt. We have worked with Clay the last three years on a contract basis, and it was with great pleasure we welcomed Clay to our daily life. Clay is a remarkable web developer and helps us keep up on those advancing technologies so we know the best way they should be integrated into your marketing approach. We are very fortunate to have him on our team.

Looking in to 2010, you’ll see even more great things from our team. In January, we will release a quarterly summary of the latest and best ways to market your business online. This is just one way we plan to further our mission of staying up on all the latest and most effective marketing trends so our clients and partners don’t have to.

We look forward to helping you end 2009 with a big bang and reach in to 2010 with substance and direction.

Your partners in marketing,

Raquel, Clay and Angela
