The Morley Candy Makers and Sanders Brands provide premium chocolates, confections and desserts to a diverse customer base.  With over 100 years of confectionary expertise, Morley and Sanders memories are made the old-fashioned way with original recipes.

The Challenge

Sanders Fine Chocolates was under new ownership and needed some quick action to put marketing in place for the holiday season. There was no in-house team to help with the web-based marketing or creative services.

The Solution

The holiday season was quickly approaching and not a plan for reaching out to the chocolate lovers and gift-buyers in site. Silver Square helped create a seasonal plan and Q1-3 approach for boosting sales with email promotion. Products were considered and a plan put in place for selling toppings to caramels to Easter goodies and so much more. We helped take their conversion rate from 2 percent to 11 percent and fine tuned their email list for a more accurate reach to their buyers.
